10/05/10 - All of the Luna and Sola townhouses are now sold and we have moved on to our next release, the Avia Release.  This consists of 6 three bedroom semi-attached homes for private sale and 3 four bedroom homes for auction. This is quite an exciting release as it will contain the last of our park front homes.  The initial response has been excellent and we are looking forward to the day of sale on the 22nd May.

Construction is moving ahead very well and we will have our first residents moving into their new home in the next few months.  We currently have 53 homes under construction and the site is changing everyday.  The Civil works for the first half of the Estate are now complete and the bluestone cobbles at the Barkly Street exit next to the sales office show some of the quality and attention to detail that is being provided.


18/02/10 - We have just released our new range of Townhouses, the Luna and the Sola. These are the newest design of townhouses to reach the market and they boast some great features that are sure to impress. These are going to sale on the 27th February and I am sure will appeal very well to the already hot 2010 market!  We are looking forward to our first release of apartments later in the year, they will definitely add a new and exciting dimension to the growing estate.

Construction is continuing well with asphalt being laid on many of our roads and light poles now in place. Lots 61-67, 15-16 and 301-315 are now starting to be built, bringing the total number of homes under construction to 53! The homes along Warleigh Road are moving along quickly with windows installed. You can really get a sense now of what the finished vision of Warleigh Road will look like with the Ria Townhouses on the end near Cross St looking sensational.




05/01/10 - I hope that you have had a Merry Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year!

This year we expect to see the first half of the civil works complete, our first homes complete with residents moving in, the opening of our display home and the sale of our first apartments.

We are looking forward to another great year at Banbury Village and the whole team here would like to wish you all the very best for 2010!



11/12/09 - It is exciting how fast this project is beginning to move! 6 of the first 10 homes now have roofs on them and they are starting to look great. The brick work is going in and you can really get a sense of how the street will look.

The Ria townhouses are well underway with the walls starting to go up everywhere. The 6.2m garages on these homes look really large when you walk down the common driveway. There will be plenty of space for parking!

20/11/09 - I would like to refer you to the websitewww.nearmap.com for recent satellite photos of Banbury Village. You should be able to follow the progress of construction as our exciting estate continues to develop.



12/11/09 - It is all happening at the moment here at Banbury Village. The first 10 houses are beginning to take shape with the first frames already erected.

The groundworks for the Ria townhouses on the corner of Warleigh Road and Cross St are nearly complete and I expect the concrete slabs to be poured in the next few days.

06/11/09 - Construction is now well underway for the first 10 homes along Warleigh Road with their concrete slabs being poured this week. We are all looking forward to the first frames going up in the next few weeks. The builder has also started construction the of the 18 townhouses on the corner of Warleigh Road and Cross Street.

The civil works are proceeding well on the rest of the site. With the road boxing complete and the kerb and channel starting to go in you can really start to get the feel of how great Banbury Village will be!



 

22/10/09 - I am pleased to announce that construction of the first stage of houses has now commenced. It is great having the builders on site building the dreams that we have been selling for the last six months. The civil construction works are well underway and you can start to see the roads taking shape.

The Eden Townhouse release has now sold out and we had a great release day for the Stela and Fresca semi-detached houses. Out of the 12 available we sold 5 on the day and there is still great interest for the remaining properties. Again if you have interest in these homes I advise that you act quickly to avoid disapointment.




28/09/09 - We are now nearing the end of our premier townhouse release with just 4 left from 15. The Eden townhouses were received extremely well and have sold very quickly, if you have any interest in these properties I suggest coming to visit us before they sell out.

Our next release of three bedroom semi-detached homes, is going on sale on Saturday 17th October. Again, the response has been excellent and we are looking forward to another successful day of sale. The bonus with these properties is that the master bedroom and ensuite are
located on the ground floor, not to mention a great courtyard garden and single lock up garage.

The civil works at the Warleigh Road end of the site are about to finish and this will allow us to commence construction of the first stage of homes. Keep an eye out for my next blog when I am looking forward to announcing the start of our first homes.




11/08/09 - Those of you who live nearby would have noticed a lot of action on site recently!  The road and drainage works have now commenced and we are on target to commence construction of homes in the coming months.  It is great to see things happening so fast and I am eagerly awaiting the first house frames going up.

We have also announced the 3rd release, 15 premium townhouses overlooking Beaurepaire Reserve.  Interest so far is very strong for these properties and we all look forward to the day of sale on Saturday 5th September.  If you would like any further information about this release then come and visit Reece and I at the sales suite at 489 Barkly Street, Foostcray



06/07/09 - The recent premier “Parkside Release” was a major success.  Lot 16 went to auction at the beginning of the day and it was one of the longest auctions that I have been involved in.  With 67 bids, the property was fiercely contested for and finally sold for $804,500. The rest of the sales day was equally successful with another 6 properties selling to very happy purchasers.  There is now just one property left for sale in the first release and just 3 in the 2nd which I am sure will be snapped up very soon.

The road works are expected to begin within a few weeks with home construction starting soon after. I am looking forward to work commencing on site as dreams are set in action.

 


15/06/09 - We have had a great start to this exciting project and have sold 27 out of 28 properties in just 7 weeks! It has been an outstanding success and we are extremely pleased with the high number of locals purchasing here at Banbury Village.  I think this really shows how much local residents believe in the Inner West.  With such a strong result in the first two stages we are pleased to announce our upcoming “Parkside” release.  This release will contain some of Banbury Village’s largest and most exclusive park front homes.

Construction is running on schedule with the Civil Works set to commence next month and construction of the first stages very soon after that.  Please regularly check my blog as I will be adding content as it happens on site!
